Milwaukee Rally (“Rally”) is committed to preserving and respecting the privacy of our players, staff, families and visitors. The following sections contain policies designed to improve or clarify our privacy efforts.

Taking a flexible approach to scheduling, Milwaukee Rally attempts to provide a competitive club volleyball experience around high school athletics.

Collection of Information and Registration
The majority of our Web site is accessible without providing any personal information. However, Milwaukee Rally may request and/or collect information on a voluntary basis when you: (1) sign into restricted access portals for parents and players; (2) purchase Milwaukee Rally team gear; (3) send questions or comments via e-mail to Milwaukee Rally; and/or, (4) register for tournaments, camps or clinics.

The requested information may include personal information such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, home address, and/or credit card information for purchasing volleyball gear. This information is used to provide information and services that Milwaukee Rally believes may be of value to you.

Milwaukee Rally also may log certain information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data and browser type from visitors to the Rally site. This data is used to manage the website, track usage and improve web services. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes and may be used to help diagnose problems with our servers and to administer the Rally site. Your IP address may be used to identify you and gather broad demographic information.

Disclosure of Information
We may use personal information to contact you regarding upcoming tournaments, events, camps/clinics and promotional offerings. Your personal information will only be shared with members of the Milwaukee Rally and will not be extended to any third parties. In special circumstances, Milwaukee Rally may give other companies access to our information database, but only if required for them to provide database or server maintenance or security, help us process and fulfill orders or requests. We may also disclose personal information if it is required by law or in response to a legal request.

Opt-out
Milwaukee Rally does not send unsolicited spam. Milwaukee Rally may use player and parent contact information to send information on club-related activities or other club-related information we believe may be of value to you. However if you receive e-mail from Milwaukee Rally regarding Milwaukee Rally events or activities and do not wish to receive these e-mails, you can opt-out by contacting us at info@milwaukeerallyvbc.com. Please direct all opt-out requests to the Webmaster.

Children's Privacy Policy
Milwaukee Rally's goal is to provide a safe environment for players, staff and families. Milwaukee Rally does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register with Rally. If you are under 13, please do not send any information to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is allowed to provide any personal information to Rally or be a user of Rally’s services without parental consent. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Milwaukee Rally will place all personal contact information in a restricted portal on a secure server only accessible to players and parents. While this is a measure to maintain the privacy of minors, Milwaukee Rally cannot guarantee that access codes are not inadvertently obtained by a third party should a player or parent distribute such information. Milwaukee Rally may provide links to complementary sites, but makes no guarantee that materials on or content of these sites is child-safe or acceptable.
